Within his twenty years of experience as a cartographer and GIS consultant, Mr. Laird has provided GIS services to clients in several different disciplines. He has been involved in GIS projects ranging in size from small, mission-critical applications, to GIS implementations on a national scale. He has worked on GIS projects in many states and provinces in North America, as well as in Armenia, Peoples Republic of China, Oman, Romania, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Spain.
